Refund Policy
Returns and refunds
Please confirm the applicable returns and refund terms with the Sri Bija team on WhatsApp before confirming or paying for an order.
Our team will explain return eligibility, procedures, applicable delivery charges and refund timelines. These arrangements do not limit your applicable consumer rights.
Keep your conversation, agreed order details and payment receipt. Contact Sri Bija promptly if your items are damaged, incorrect or do not arrive as agreed.
